The onsite management team has been in place since inception and has a keen understanding of the needs and demands of the residents and of the industry. Staff is on site and on call 24/7 in excess of state requirements. The staff’s number one priority is the happiness and well being of the residents. After all, it is their home!

Orangeburg Manor is a 25,000 square foot, 45 suite facility that can offer private or semi private accommodations. Built in 1990 to optimize quality living, each suite opens to a patio garden and has a private bath. The facility also boasts a large, comfortable day room, cafeteria, beauty and barber salon and medication dispensary. To ensure quality service, the facility also has an industrial kitchen, on site commercial laundry (residents’ laundry is done for them daily) and management offices.
